Students from across the city and county attended De Montfort University to take part in their Yr 7 problem solving days.
The day incorporate a number of activities, including a campus tour challenge where students use their problem solving skills to find their way around a university campus and learn about university life. As well as emphasizing key skills, such a as team work, this activity is a great place to start for students who are just beginning to think about future choices and the possibility studying at a university.
The schools who attended the event were; St Pauls Catholic School, Beaumont Leys CC, Rawlins Academy, The Lancaster School and Babington CC.
